In Episode One, BroadWorks Receptionist is used to manage all the incoming calls in Bowen Advisors' small, but busy office. Not only are calls handled more efficiently, but more importantly Wendy, the operations manager, is now able to advise clients immediately if an employee is on another call, in a meeting or out of the office. This enables the clients to hold, leave a voicemail or opt to be transferred to another employee immediately, eliminating the need to call back.
