Ines Lebow

Vice President, Sales Operations

Ines Lebow brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has served in a wide variety of engineering, operations, program management and executive positions. Her career includes developing and managing domestic and international programs for local and long distance voice and data services, digital and fiber optics networks, and satellite and terrestrial communications systems.

She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Engineering & Operations for Access Media 3. Ines has joined BroadSoft following a long career in management, operations, engineering, and finance and program management. Ines served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Xspedius Communications, were she was responsible for implementing systems that ensured on-time service delivery to the customer. She guided Xspedius Communication facilities management, switched-services field organization, network implementation and management, service provisioning and operational support systems.

Ines was with Conversent Communications as Executive Vice President of Operations and Engineering with full profit and loss responsibility for service provisioning, network implementation, the Network Management Center and operational support systems.

Ines has held various executive management positions at such notable companies as Viatel, Brooks Fiber Properties, MFS, ESI, GTE Spacenet, Contel ASC and American Satellite Company.
