Greg Callanan

Vice President, Sales (North America)

With more than 20 years of global telecommunications success, Greg Callanan drives the BroadSoft direct sales and channel activities for the entire Americas region. Prior to BroadSoft Greg served as Regional Director at Cisco Systems and as Cisco's Global Manager of the Service Provider Call Center Business, he was responsible for expanding operations and building alliances with telephone operators across the North American, Latin American and Asia/Pacific markets.

Greg came to Cisco through its acquisition of GeoTel Communications Corporation, where he was Manager of the Americas for Telco Operations. Prior to GeoTel, Greg was with Octel Communications Corporation for over 12 years, from startup through acquisition by Lucent. He also held a variety of sales and management positions including four years as General Manager of the Latin America region.
