Management Team

Ron Halpern is an accomplished veteran of the telecommunications and software industry, with 19 years of experience spanning executive sales management, large volume strategic sales, marketing and operations of software, services and core/access/enterprise networks to service providers worldwide. Prior to GENBAND, Halpern held a senior management role at Amdocs as Vice President and Client Business Executive and held various senior management and executive roles throughout his career in established companies and start up environments alike (Division Vice President of Sales at Amdocs, Vice President International Sales at Accelerated Networks, Vice President Sales at Orckit Communications, Director of Sales at the RAD Group and Co-Founder/Director of Sales and Marketing at JOLT Ltd). In addition, Halpern serves as an advisor to Venture Capital funds. Halpern earned a bachelor’s degree in applied physics and electro optical engineering (Magna Cum Laude).
