Management Team

Pablo Gargiulo, a 25-year accomplished business veteran, leads the world-class operations efforts at GENBAND. Before joining GENBAND, Gargiulo held a variety of senior leadership positions. During his tenure at Tekelec, he held the positions of Vice President of Customer Services for switching worldwide, Vice President of Customer Operations CALA for all Tekelec's portfolio, with responsibility for converting backlog into revenue, profitably, and recently, Vice President of Business Operations for the Communications Software Solutions Group. Gargiulo held positions as General Manager and Vice President of Operations at Taqua before it was acquired by Tekelec. Prior to joining Taqua, Gargiulo was General Manager for KTI, a knowledge management-consulting firm in Cambridge, MA and prior to that he held senior management positions in Operations and Sales with Kao Infosystems, handling manufacturing, fulfillment, call center, supply chain, and logistics management. Gargiulo was also responsible for the development of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Kao, designed to export products to Latin America. Gargiulo holds degrees in electronics and electrical engineering, with research in high-voltage digital control systems, from UNSJ in Argentina. He has done additional work in business at Harvard and in Japanese, physics and communications at ICU and in Japan.
