Management Team

Jan Gaulding is a senior executive with extensive experience and strong financial and executive leadership, primarily within the technology industry. Most recently, Gaulding was the Chief Financial Officer of Sevin Rosen Funds, a venture capital firm with $1.6 billion under management and investments in over 70 portfolio companies. Prior to Sevin Rosen Funds, Gaulding served as the CFO of ProNet Inc. for 14 years. During Gaulding’s appointment at ProNet, she selected, integrated, and financed 22 acquisitions, resulting in a ten-fold increase in subscribers. Gaulding raised funds from private equity sources and has conducted an IPO and secondary equity and debt offerings. Prior to ProNet, Gaulding was audit supervisor at Ernst & Young in Dallas, Texas. She holds a bachelor of science in business and public administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. Gaulding also is a Certified Public Accountant.
