BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Dukes is President and CEO of Imaginary Universes, LLC, advising companies in technology development and investments. An acknowledged leader in the cable industry, Mr. Dukes has served in a number of senior level positions including boards and advisory boards. He was Vice President, Digital Broadband Technology at MediaOne responsible for digital broadband development and technology due diligence, and also a member of CableLabs' DOCSIS Certification Board. He served as Vice President, Technology with TCI, including network architecture, digital set top and conditional access system requirements, and also as CEO of MCNS Holdings responsible for DOCSIS specifications for data over cable networks. Prior to TCI, Mr. Dukes was Director, Advanced Network Technologies for The 3DO Company, and Vice President, Advanced Network Development at CableLabs. He also served as a Telecom Analyst at Boeing Computer Services, and held management and technical positions with GTE. Mr. Dukes is a Fellow of the IEEE. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Washington.
