BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Eric Copeland is a Partner at Venrock Associates. Prior to joining Venrock in 1998, Mr. Copeland developed communications equipment at Hewlett-Packard, EoON, Orbital Sciences and ALOHA Networks. At Venrock, Mr. Copeland focuses on communications infrastructure and service opportunities. Mr. Copeland currently serves on the boards at 2Wire, SteelEye Technology, Cadant, Kendin Communications, TalkingNets and CoWave Networks. He has also led investments and is actively involved at OptiMight Communications, AccessLine Communications, ZettaCom, AcceLight Networks and Polaris Networks. Mr. Copeland graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and received an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
