BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Alex Guira is a partner for the New York-based venture capital arm of Investcorp International, Inc. where he is responsible for securing new investments in technology-related business as well as managing existing portfolio companies. Mr. Guira has more than 10 years of experience in private equity investing. Prior to Joining Investcorp, Mr. Guira was a founding partner of 212 Ventures. Mr. Guira currently serves on the Board of Directors of Vaultus and Belenos. In addition, Mr. Guira was also a director of 4thpass, prior to its acquisition by Motorola in September 2002. Mr. Guira is an Honors graduate of Brown University.
